Our production includes high density cartridges with HPS system (High Performance Sealing), which can stand high temperatures. Our HPS cartridges might remain inactive for a long time without compromising the final performance of the application.
In the place of insulating resin or glass, the insulating element is made with a particular polymer with the addition of other stabilizing components.
The HPS technology allows to stock the cartridges for a long time avoiding the accumulation of humidity inside the heating element.
HPS cartridges are used mainly for the production of pellet stoves. Nevertheless, the HPS cartridges are commonly used also for the production of coffee makers, in the plastic industry, for the realization of packaging systems and in the medical sector.
